Economic Development Committee

Chair serves on the Richland County Developmental Corporation and the Greater Wabash Regional Planning Commission.

IT Committee

Guides the County’s technology priorities, from cybersecurity and equipment to software and support, making sure systems are secure, up to date, and budget-conscious.

Labor Relations & Personnel Committee

Oversees negotiations with the county’s Laborers Local Union.

Finance Committee

Reviews budgets, expenses, and financial plans to help ensure the County stays on track financially and uses taxpayer dollars responsibly.

Public Health & Safety Committee

Chair serves the county on the ETSB/911 (meets monthly on the first Thursday at 9:00 am at the RCSO conference room) and the JEDS committee (meets as needed).

Facilities Management Committee

Oversees the maintenance, repairs, and improvement of County buildings and grounds to keep facilities safe and functional for public use.

708 Mental Health Committee

We support mental health services and programs in the County, helping connect people to the care and resources they need.

Road & Bridge Committee

Focused on the maintenance and improvement of County roads, ensuring transportation routes are safe and reliable.
