Welcome to the Richland County Emergency Management Agency (EMA)

The mission of the Richland County Emergency Management Agency is to protect communities by coordinating the resources of the Federal, State, local governments, and non-governmental organizations to effectively meet the challenges of natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other man-made disasters. Richland County EMA assists local law enforcement, fire departments, health department in providing resources that might be requested.
