Public Notice is hereby given that I, Mike Hahn County Collector of Rich­ land County in the state aforesaid, shall apply at the Circuit Court of said Richland County, October 21, 2024 A.D. at 8:45 a.m. for judgment against the lands, lots, tracts, oil royalties and railroad properties, and the im­ provements thereon for taxes, special assessments, interest, cost and penalties and severally thereon for the year 2023 and all prior years and for an order to sell lands, lots, tracts, oil royalties and railroad properties and the improvements thereon, for satisfaction thereof, and for judgment fixing the correct amount of any tax paid under protest; also, on the fol­lowing Tuesday succeeding the date of application for judgment, said Tuesday being October 29, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. all of the lands, lots, tracts, oil royalties and railroad properties and the improvements thereon for the sale of which an order shall be made will be exposed at Public Sale in the Veterans of Foreign Wars building located at 205 N Walnut Street, Olney, Illinois, for the amount of taxes, special assessments, inter­ est, cost and penalties due severally thereon for the year 2023 and all prior years as stated in the columns of said lists until all are sold.
